The Warby Parker in the Nora District is absolutely fantastic! The store is spotless, stylish, and welcoming. Everyone there is so kind and goes out of their way to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable. They have a wonderful selection of glasses, sunglasses and contacts. They truly do everything they can to accommodate you in the best way possible. Dr. Martinez was absolutely lovely, and every single person I encountered made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The whole process was quick, efficient, and completely hassle-free. Overall, a 10 out of 10 glasses experience. I’m so excited to have this Warby Parker right here in my neighborhood!

I had a great experience at Warby Parker, it was my first time there. I had a lovely lady help me and walk me through everything she was doing and was extremely comforting! The Doctor was also great and thorough. Cody, Kirk, and Madison also assisted after and it was a great and easy experience!
Ran into Warby Parker at 5:55pm — just five minutes before closing — and Kerlande, Drea, and Madison were still incredibly kind and helpful. They adjusted my glasses, polished the lenses, and fixed my frames without making me feel rushed. Amazing customer service and really appreciated their help!
