First time using Warby Parker for eye exam. Dr Modi was thorough and patient addressing all of my concerns. In the front, Steve was fantastic! Spent a lot of time helping me look at many, many frames. Helped me find options and then narrow down my choices. Highly recommend.
Eli was an amazing help to my boyfriend and I. We weren’t sure what we were going to choose and were going back and forth trying to pick styles and he gave great feedback and other options that help us find our perfect pairs! We also got our prescriptions updated while we were there and the staff was so friendly and kind
This is my second time visiting Warby Parker, and once again the experience was outstanding. Claire was absolutely amazing. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses in what felt like two minutes and had me checked out and on my way in less than five. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process incredibly easy. The customer service at Warby Parker is honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Everyone is welcoming, efficient, and genuinely focused on helping customers find exactly what they need. Because of experiences like this, I look forward to getting my eye exams and glasses here for years to come. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Choe at Warby Parker. She was kind, intelligent, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough throughout my eye exam. She took her time, never made me feel rushed, and clearly explained each part of the exam, my results, and the different options available for both contact lenses and glasses. Her professionalism and warm, thoughtful approach made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Choe to anyone looking for attentive, expert eye care.
Great first experience having an eye exam in over 30 years. The staff in Hoboken were all friendly and attentive. Selection of frames and prices were great. Warby Parker is worth a visit when you shop for your next prescription glasses.
