Had such a great experience today! The store was beautiful and the staff were all friendly. Shout out to Jackie for helping me find my new pair of glasses! She was so kind, helpful, and also answered all of my questions. The selection here is great, but sometimes with so many options it’s hard to figure out where to start - Jackie solved that for me flawlessly!
Adeline was fantastic! She helped me find a great pair of everyday glasses and a pair of sporty sunglasses. She took her time to make sure everything was great when she placed the order. I’m so happy she was able to help me today. I love Warby Parker glasses and she made my experience over the top! 😊
Simon was so friendly and approachable—I really enjoyed the experience! 😊 He was attentive right when we walked in and helped find the type of glasses I like. I had my two small kids with me, and they were very easygoing and understanding with them running around, which I really appreciated! He was also training someone who was just as kind. Overall, it was a quick and pleasant experience! I’ll definitely recommend this location to my friends and family! ⭐️
This store is incredibly welcoming. The atmosphere was upbeat and lively—it seemed like every customer was in a great mood! The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and informative, taking the time to guide me through the options. I never felt rushed. I ended up finding three frames I love! Amazing customer service. Simon helped me and he was the best. His knowledge of glasses and insurance was on point, and he made me feel comfortable in a new experience. Give him a raise and a day off! I will definitely return to Warby Parker because of this experience.
