The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, fun, relatable and patient. They made the process for getting my daughter her very first pair of glasses smooth and quick. The whole process took less than 30 minutes; the majority of the time being looking for the perfect frame.

I recommend to ask for Kate. She helped me find a nice pair of glasses for myself and was extremely professional, helpful, and patient in the process.
