Walnut Vision Care - Rice Village

The gentlemen who greet us told another associate (Shelby) to check out my frames. Shelby came over and ended up helping us find glasses for me. Shelby was GREAT!!! Because Shelby was attentive and listening to us. It was a great first time experience purchasing glasses at the Rice Village Warby Parker!!! I came into this location because my friend had a great experience and the glasses he purchased looked great on him! The glasses will be shipped directly to my home. Therefore, I added the picture from the website. The website indicates "Online only". Well, Gladys was at the Rice Village Warby Parker location. Maybe its worth the time to actually come into the store like I did. I know I am glad I made the in-store purchase with Shelby!!!

A huge selection of frames can be found here. Shelby, who assisted me, was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest about how various frames suited my face. Although the store was pretty busy the day I went in, I was given adequate time to try on lots of different frames and did not feel rushed at all. Lynn, the optometrist, was on hand to take measurements so that was a plus. I have been a repeat customer at this location because of its great service and selection. This is my third year shopping at Warby Parker Rice Village for my prescription glasses and I keep going back because store personnel here could not be nicer! They were absolutely lovely today and so helpful. They have so many frames to choose from and I always find something that I love. I normally shop at other retailers, exhausting myself going from store to store, ending up at Warby Parker. This year, I stopped here first and found 2 pair.

We had such a wonderful experience at this location. Lynn and Shelby welcomed us and were helped, attentive, friendly and professional. Lynn gave us some really good eye glasses care information and submitted our reimbursement request with our insurance company. There is a large variety of frame styles. And such a great price. All around great purchase.

Love this store! All the staff are extremely friendly and professional. Jordan helped me pick the perfect pair! The other young lady in the store was also helpful and very pleasant. I’m definitely going back to this location. Thanks ya’ll!!!
