My first visit here and it was a great experience. Dr. Chou was wonderful. Really kind and gave me a really thorough exam. He went above and beyond to help. Anisha was the associate who signed me in and she was really sweet. I spoke with several of the other employees and they were also really nice.
We love Warby Parker, and we had a great experience at this location in Watters Creek! The staff were very helpful, especially Crystal, who took time to work with my husband and me on our glasses selection. She was so well-informed about Warby Parker’s products and pricing, and she helped look up our past glasses purchases and insurance coverage when we needed more info (plus, she was a lot of fun to talk to while we tried on glasses!). The store had a great variety of frames to try on, and I love that their glasses come in Wide as well. Even though our vision insurance was out of network for Warby Parker, my husband and I were both able to find glasses we love for a great price!
Dr. Chao is terrific, first of all. Smart, efficient and respectful. I love that no one asked me, "how is your day going so far?". Very short wait time. Easy pricing. I'll return. I think more seniors should know how straightforward Warby Parker is, many seniors don't have vision insurance and Warby makes is easier.
First, the customer service is great and the doctor is very nice! Have you seen their commercials??? In the day of a pair of companies that quote "a low price" for glasses are including the frames, the lenses and the eye exam. Now, when you watch the WP commercial, they advertise $95. Now, you may be fooled into thinking that price is all inclusive, but you would be WRONG! That only includes the frames. Without insurance, you could be leaving with one pair of glasses paying easily $300 - $500 or more. I personally would not go there again now that I know.
Love this location of Warby Parker! Great selection of stylish frames to suit everyone’s needs The staff is so friendly! The only names I remember are Anik & Zach but the whole team were friendly, helpful & knowledgeable!.This is my first time with progressive lenses and they measured perfectly and the lenses are great! I wore them out of the store! Worth the 2 week wait (actually ready in 10 days). Super affordable for the lens &! frame combo when comparing to other places. Extremely satisfied with my experience & I will be back!
