I had an excellent experience at Warby Parker from start to finish. The store is welcoming, modern, and the entire team was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Dr. Shin was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and thorough during my eye exam. She took the time to explain my prescription, answer my questions, and helped me choose the lenses that best fit my needs. Her expertise made the experience smooth and stress-free. I was very impressed by Warby Parker’s wide selection of stylish frames and the team’s assistance in finding the perfect glasses for me. Strongly recommend!!!

First time Warby Parker customer and I went to the Willowbrook location to pick out and try on frames. On my first visit, Brian assisted me in picking out frames and lenses closest to the pairs I currently have, and Shahin measured my PD. They answered the million questions I had about different types of lens customizations and broke it down and explained my options in a way I was able to understand. Both of them were so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and definitely patient! When my frames arrived, I did want some changes. I think it's great that Warby gives you 30 days to make sure the glasses are exactly to your liking! Shahin and Omarys helped me with making the adjustments I wanted on my second visit and they gave me the same kind attention I received my first visit. I got my updated glasses last week and everything is perfect. I just wanted to shout out the amazing staff for walking me through every detail with great care and customer service. Thank you Shahin, Brian, and Omarys!

Our sales technician and the associate who measured my mom for her glasses were absolutely wonderful. They took their time with us and were incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. We truly enjoyed our experience in the store today, they were so helpful and made everything easy and pleasant. I only wish I had gotten their names so they could be properly recognized for the outstanding service they provided

This store is great. Gabby was so helpful and not pushy or overbearing. She said she was new but I couldn't tell with her perfessionalism. Very busy store but the workers made you feel at ease. The guy who did my pupil to pupil measurements was also great. They also ran my insurance through and basically free glasses. I can't wait to get my glasses and get Gabby a raise.

Glasses are good and nice price, but this store is not good. Staff is dismissive and unkind. The sales person was okay, but after we purchased sunglasses, a minor adjustment was required and we had to wait a long time until another person was supported, and there was no consideration for us as customers. We were with a baby and the staff was dismissive and even rude when we asked about the wait time. We needed a minor adjustment and we ended up leaving the store without it. We should have returned the item. Now we have to go to another store to get it adjustment and the person which got the sunglass as a gift cannot wear it right away. Very poor customer experience.
