Great attention and customer service despite many other shoppers in store. Information about lens types and coatings explained clearly to help make best decisions for me. Such reasonable pricing that the total cost of my glasses is what I would have been paying just for frames elsewhere. Will definitely be a return customer and recommend WP to others!
Warby Parker is fantastic. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I had a mix-up with my prescription, and they handled it quickly and seamlessly. I own five pairs, and they’re hard to beat in both price and overall experience.
Went to the WP warby Parker because I lost my sunglasses and needed to get a new pair of prescription sunglasses quickly. I was able to get in for an appointment the next day and get my sunglasses ordered. The staff was professional kind, very knowledgeable, and very timely. I highly recommend.
Friendly, helpful staff make you feel welcome and are there to assist you, without being pushy or making you feel like they just want to make a sale. Eye exams use up-to-date technology and the doctor was friendly and informative. Love that they send you your prescription via email. Great location, right on Park Avenue, with reasonable and affordable pricing. Takes insurance.
My first visit to Warby Parker was outstanding. The whole process was incredibly fast, but completely comprehensive. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Easy, modern, non invasive eye exam by a caring, skilled and professional Optometrist. I definitely recommend this Winter Park location. Update: Another great example of Warby Parker's exceptional customer service: I needed my glasses as soon as possible and the time frame that I was given was too long. I was given the option to pay an additional fee and the glasses would be rushed. I did not expect that when I order the glasses on a Thursday, that they would arrive the following Tuesday! They built my glasses on Friday and on Monday the were overnighted to me. Great glasses, prescription is perfect, lightweight and I look good in them. Update 2: Big shout out to Santos who adjusted my frames the other day he was professional, he was efficient, kind, and clearly knew what he was doing. Santos thank you.
