1st time I was welcomed in to browse and get information and after research scheduled my 1st appt! Experience was great! Extra plus my glasses will arrive in the mail vs having to drive in to pick up....two pairs of frames for the price I usually pay for Gucci or MK frames

I am now obsessed with everything Warby Parker. I had the best eye experience of my life there. I ended up getting three different frames because I loved them so much! Best customer service, best dr, best selection. Hamds down beats the pants off of Lencrafters, VisionWorks, and America's Best

The team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were upfront about pricing, made suggestions for frames I might like, and not too pushy. In the end I ordered my new progressives and can’t wait them to arrive!

Great experience at Warby Parker. Scheduling my appointment online was quick and convenient. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about my eyes, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.
