Just moved to Illinois from Texas this year. I have worn glasses my whole life and did my research finding an optometrist in the area. I felt very confident coming to this clinic and it absolutely reached my expectations. Friendly and attentive staff. Dr. Chirag Rana was incredibly informative, kind, and reassuring. I struggle with complicated astigmatism and explained how my last doctor made my prescription way too strong. We triple checked both eyes, the old prescription and the new adjusted prescription. He was thorough and I truly felt understood. My eyes are very important and glasses + lenses are very costly for me so it is imperative that I get the right prescription. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you Walter Eye Clinic!!

Wow! Fantastic first time visit to Walter Eye Clinic! When I first arrived, Cindy greeted me with a warm welcome for my very first visit! There is plenty of parking in the back, which made arrival super easy. Kayla was incredibly patient and thorough during the testing process. She explained every step to ensure I was completely comfortable. Dr. Kieffer was superb. She really knows her stuff and clearly prepares before walking into the room. She had already read my complete history and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very thorough during the examination and explained everything clearly while reviewing my eye tests and photos. Taylor was also highly patient and offered great advice while helping me select new eyeglasses. She explained the costs in detail and followed up on all my questions and options. This entire visit went incredibly smooth! The appointment was so efficient; even with being a comprehensive first time visit, I easily would have been out in under an hour if I hadn't stayed to look for new glasses. The whole team is organized, professional, and experienced. Their excellent people skills and world-class hospitality make them stand out. Although it took me several months to get an appointment because of the demand, it was worth it! Highly recommend!

Dr Rana and his staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They always make the office a warm and friendly place. I had a small emergency and Cindy and Dr Rana gave me a very quick appointment. I highly recommend Walter Eye Clinic.

Highly Recommended Eye Care Experience I had an excellent visit. The staff were professional, kind, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was greeted warmly and seen right away. The entire exam process was so smooth and comfortable that it didn’t even feel like a typical doctor’s appointment. Dr. C. Rana was engaging, skilled, and thorough. He walked me through the images he reviewed and explained everything in a clear, easy‑to‑understand way. The optician was fantastic as well. The very first frames she selected for me were spot‑on. I tried on others just to compare, but I ended up going right back to her original pick. Overall, a flawless experience. Highly recommended.
