Warby Parker - 69th & Third

My wife is in need of new glasses as her prescription has changed. We have visited several eyeglass places including this Warby Parker on Third ave and 69th. Great corner location. Very visible. They have a great selection of frames at different price points. My wife found a couple of frames that she likes. Could not decide today but will definitely return. All staff are so helpful and friendly.

I had a bad experience at this location. After ordering a pair of progressive sunglasses and waiting two weeks for them, I tried them on and everything looked a little blurry. If I raised the glasses a half inch, it seemed better. I went into this location and there about five or six people at the front. The person that helped me was unable to adjust the frames and frankly not very enthusiastic about helping me. She told me that nobody at the location was available to look at the lenses and find the issue. After telling me to come back yet another day so that someone can look at them, I said that it might be easier to just return them. She couldn't care less and said ok. So much for customer service and trying to resolve an issue. It's nice to have a generous return policy, but how about doing a little more to resolve an issue and avoid losing a customer. There is a reason why these glasses are cheaper, poor lenses and bad customer service. At 4pm in the afternoon, why don't you have an optician to look at a pair of lenses? I also called Warby Parker to give my feedback. The person thanked me and said that she would email me a receipt to confirm my return. There was no attempt to resolve this matter. Instead of spending so much money on advertising, my advice would be to try and retain customers that you already have.

This was my first time visiting this location. It is a clean and bright store with the frames in neat order. I had a wonderful experience and was able to order two pairs of glasses that I needed because of my new prescription. I must thank Darren for his time, patience and advice that he gave me. He was very helpful and made the purchase experience easy. I look forward to coming back to this store when I am ready to make my next purchase.

Amazing customer service. Genesis was experienced, and gave me excellent advice in my selection of glasses. She asked all the right questions and educated me in the design and material composition of glasses. She listened carefully and spent time with me. I purchased two pairs of glasses and will return soon for sunglasses. Shopping at Warby Parker is an uplifting experience.

I came in with broken glasses (the screw fell out) and I have a very bad stigmatism. They fixed them free of charge, sprayed them clean, and even tightened them to the point they actually feel BETTER on my face than before. The whole staff was very professional and pleasant (and looked great in their glasses I might add!)
