Warby Parker Abbot Kinney

I was on Abbott Kinney in Venice this afternoon and popped into Warby Parker which I’ve been going to for 14 years now almost and had the best experience today. I was greeted warmly and helped with excellence, thanks to Carly. She helped me decide on the best frames with gentle guidance. Very professional and just great overall time today. I left with two frames that I genuinely love 🩷🙏 Excited to show up super pro at all of my Soundbaths and Corporate experiences… right on Brand!

10/10 experience. Carly assisted me the whole time. She greeted me immediately and was inviting and knowledgeable. She helped me try on at least a dozen frames and really help me find which works best for me and especially why. Having my eye length measured too was made the whole experience feel so bespoke. I’m such a fan of Warby. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at the Warby Parker Abbot Kenny store today. I was greeted immediately and the sales associate was friendly, informative and determined to help me find a pair of polarized sunglasses with no prescription from their current stock. This item is something they usually will have to send out to get the lenses polarized and the glasses are mailed to you about a week later. I needed to purchase a pair today as I would be at an outdoor event all weekend and needed a pair of sunglasses due to an eye condition. It took a minute to find a pair that worked for me, but I was very grateful and happy when I left.

We had a really great experience working with Carly and Eloise. They were both very knowledgeable about all of the glasses (knew every single pair of their glasses off the top of the head, which made their suggestions that much more meaningful) and made suggestions based on my style preferences and face structure- I even ended up choosing one of their recs. I would say that the customer service from them went above and beyond what could have been expected. I ended up purchasing a pair of rx glasses and sunglasses which combined were cheaper than one pair of glasses from my optometrist. They were able to get me a discount on both glasses as well as a rebate from my insurance.
