Warby Parker - Belle Hall

I needed to have my prescription checked and possibly updated, and was able to get an appointment the same week I checked to book the appointment, which already was a big win. The store staff were very helpful with me in picking out frames, and explained the measurements to me, as I had misunderstood what the numbers meant. They also picked out some frames while I was with the doctor, which was a nice touch, and while I didn't like the styles, they were eager to help me find something more my style, and were receptive to my feedback. They even adjusted a trial set of frames for me to see if that would work, which it did, and I selected those frames. I am completely satisfied with the professionalism of all the staff at this location and I will definitely both recommend and return to this location for my eyeglass needs.

The associate was very helpful m, tentative and nice. She helped me pick out multiple sets of glasses that would match my face and helped me settle on one. She made me feel welcomed and it was a pleasant experience, for my first time being in the store.

Amazing service! The team was able to help navigate the issues I had with applying insurance and getting my account address corrected on my order. Very attentive and professional. Could not recommend their eye exam services and ordering contacts through them enough!

When I walked in the store, there were three or four sales people and I was the only client. I was much relieved because it was Saturday. I thought they would be crowded. Apparently I just missed the rush. My person who helped me was very pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped me pick out a frame. I’m looking forward to my new glasses.

Had a great experience! The store was clean, had many frame options to try and the checkout process was easy. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable to answer all of my questions; and provided information, but did not pressure me into any upgrade options. Even had prompt assistance with adjusting an older pair of Warby Parker glasses while I shopped. Definitely recommend this location!
