Warby Parker - Bishop Ranch

Had a great experience at Warby Parker today for my eye exam! Everything went smoothly, and it was really cool getting photos of the back of my eyes. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process easy. I can't wait to receive my new glasses. Highly recommend!

Jeannie in San Ramon was absolutely fantastic. I bought a pair of Warby Parker sunglasses three months ago, and they are so wide and after getting them adjusted three different times I finally said, I’m so sorry but I need a new pair of glasses. She exchanged them with no questions asked and was very quick. I brought my two teenagers with me for all three of our annual eye exams. Dr. Lee was professional, friendly and thorough. While we could have gone to Kaiser, it’s was worth paying a tad more for the efficiency Warby Parker provides. Would highly recommend Dr. Lee.

I had to get my first pair of glasses on July 7th. Mariah is absolutely wonderful. Very pleasant and efficient. She had already selected frames while I was getting my eye exam based on the type of reading glasses I was wearing when I came in. My doctor was wonderful too...did not rush me and answered all questions.

Love Family Optical of Danville! My technician, John helped me with, not only, precise vision, but beautiful aesthetic choices and really cute/classy frames. I didn’t feel nerdy in my new glasses, I felt like I chose the perfect pair of matching earrings for my most important day. Actual clear vision with style is every girl’s (guys too) wish! In addition, my glasses arrived WAY sooner than expected and customer service was exceptional. It helps they have a bowl of bazooka gum on hand while you’re browsing options and trying on new fits. Highly recommend!
