Just went in to get my reading glasses adjusted and dealt with Shawn or Sean, and he is a true professional. Watched him work for a few minutes, and he tightened, fixed, polished, and brought them back to brand new. Exceptional service for a walk in with no history at the shop. I offered to pay, and he wouldn't accept anything. I'll definitely be back when I need a new pair. Thanks S 🤝

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience today at the Warby Parker store at Brickell City Centre. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The doctor was especially helpful—he took the time to walk me through my VR prescription in detail and even explained step by step how to order the lenses correctly, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The rest of the team, including the staff who assisted me with checkout and explained the lenses and options, were just as attentive and kind. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Overall, a fantastic experience. This is how customer service should be. Highly recommended.

Victor and Vanessa were amazing in helping me find a new pair of glasses and with helping me fix another pair. They were extremely welcoming and very helpful. Definitely recommend this store for eye care needs.

Nathan was the absolute best! I showed him my old glasses and the style I was looking for. They immediately provided me with options, gave me his honest opinion and even asked his colleague for a second opinion which finalized my decision. My total time in store was less than 20 mins and I felt I got what I came for, was confident in my decision, and feel super happy and excited to get my glasses in the mail. I've been a Warby Parker customer since I first found out about them years ago and I will keep coming back. My only feedback is that I wish there was a buyback program, like if we return our old glasses that they can give us at least $10 bucks or something. Other than that, I am totally happy with WP!
