Initially I was scheduled for the Dedham location, but I arrived at 10:12am for my 10:05am appt. They asked the eye doctor and said they couldn't take me. However, the representative was able to find me an appt at 11am at their Chestnut Hill location which was a blessing in disguise. Dr. Rondon Kluge was absolutely amazing. She went up and beyond to ensure I received the correct prescription and proper eye wear I need. I never even heard of computer glasses until she explained it and since I'm on my laptop a lot, it's a game changer. I can be critical in regards of service, so when I say they did a great job, they did amazing. From the representative to the technician, and the eye doctor, everyone was so kind, patient and knowledgeable, and made us feel welcomed. Thank you again!

The staff at Warby Parker in Chestnut Hill is very knowledgeable and patient.i was shown appropriate frames for my face and was given honest opinions to help me decide on a pair. I usually spend months looking for frames, but today I felt confident in my choice at Warby Parker.

Staff and techs are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The optometrist was also very nice and took the time to explain my eye health to me which no one has ever taken the time to explain my eye condition to me in detail. She provided recommendations and a referral. The ease of ordering frames and shipping to my house makes it convenient.

I went there so stressed because my only pair of glasses had broke. Even though I was frazzled, the staff were patient, kind, and offered helpful suggestions. David was awesome and is so good at making the customers feel seen (lol glasses joke). Shout out to him!

Garbage place. They care more about DEI than helping people with their vision. Ordered contacts with them, somehow the manager put in the wrong prescription. I made her aware I was going out of the country for 3 weeks and need my eyes. Paid for expedited shipping, received wrong order. Now 4 days since we reordered the supposed correct ones and they're still pending verification. Waste of money, time, and effort. Leaving for my trip with no eyes. Avoid places that prioritize inclusivity over a job well done.
