Warby Parker Classen Curve

Warby Parker at Classen Curve is a wonderful place to buy your glasses. You are welcomed as soon as you walk in the door by a team of friendly associates. They are very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. They have a great selection, especially for women and you will be hard pressed to beat their prices. I love that you can go to a real store to try on all the different and they delivery to your home. I ordered glasses on Saturday and as of Monday they are out for delivery. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

The store in Oklahoma is wonderful. However when I tried to call the store directly, I got a recording and then a person. He was ABSOLUTELY no help. I got the run around and never got to talk to the person in the store. They told me they don’t have a direct number to that store. I don’t believe that. I’m no better off now than I was when I called. All I want is to talk to someone in the Oklahoma City store - not some robot.

I had ordered two prescription frames online that I didn’t like. WP helped me exchange them for free. The process was so easy. At the end, the system had a bug, but they didn’t make me stay - said they would work it out and notify me by email. 15 minutes later I got the email - I count that as time saved!

Had a great experience at Warby Parker today. My insurance covered both prescription glasses and sunglasses, and the sales rep helped me figure out how to get the most out of my benefits. She pointed out that my plan would actually cover more toward the sunglasses, so I used insurance for those and paid out of pocket for the regular prescription pair. All in, I walked out with two pairs of really high-quality glasses for about $210, which felt like a win. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and low-pressure. I’ll definitely be back… mostly because I’m historically very talented at losing glasses, so it’s only a matter of time before I need another pair. But seriously, great experience all around.

My sales associate was 10 out of 10 perfect customer service for me and my mom! I am very picky and they had tons of styles to suit everyone! Absolutely recommending to my friends and family!
