This was a great experience! Super fast visit due to the efficiency of the team. Felt like I had support and help the entire time here as I looked for my next pair of glasses. Checkout process was super easy and fast. Warm and welcoming staff. Had to go in for a second time that day to get some sunnies as well!! Great Job Warby at Clay Terrace!

I was delighted with my experience at Warby Parker in Clay Terrace. The friendly staff greeted me and encouraged me to browse all the choices, which were many. They listened to what I wanted and helped me find several pairs of glasses. After making my choices and presenting my prescription, the employee used her tablet to find my insurance, calculate the cost, measure my eyes, offer me the current discount, and finally accept my credit card. The employee could answer every question I had and gave me her full attention. The transaction was smooth and easy and I was happy with the entire process. I will return to do business with Warby Parker at Clay Terrace. Many thanks!

The employees at this location are so lovely and kind! They helped me decide which frames looked best and offered to show me different styles that suited me. It usually takes me so long to find the right frames, but the workers made this process so seamless and I was in and out within 20 minutes.

Usually takes me forever to find frames I like. Trying on so many different frames. Girl showed me section with frames for my fit and I found about 3 pairs I thought looked good in just a few minutes. The whole process was quick!
