This store was great, clean and had many samples. When we walked in we had an idea of what frames we liked because we had tried on a few pair at another Warby Parker. We met Leo and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and knew what widths were best for our faces. She wasn't just a salesperson, she had knowledge of the frames and what looked best. She suggested a frame that I had not considered and they were beautiful. When we mentioned insurance, Leo immediately stepped up and began the process. All in all a great experience and highly reccomend

I had a great experience learning how to use contacts for the first time! The staff is incredibly nice, especially Yulli and Leo who helped me through the contact training. I was so nervous to try contacts and thanks to Yulli and Leo I’m all set and ready to wear contacts for so many special occasions coming up. They were very patient throughout the entire process and were genuinely excited for me when I finally figured out how to do it! This location is the best but I’ve been to several other locations and highly recommend Warby Parker. They have such cute glasses and even sunglasses. Thank you for a great experience!!!!

This was my first time using this vendor. The staff greeted me in a very friendly fashion on arrival. I was able to schedule an eye exam for a short time later. Shay, the person who assisted me, was very helpful and selected 3 potential frames in anticipation of the eye exam. Each one was a perfect choice and this eliminated me having to sort through a bewildering array of options (which was my prior experience with other vendors). The exam was handled very professionally. The doctor was very thorough and used modern technology. She answered all my questions about an eye condition I have. She later emailed me my prescription and some additional information. Shay was very knowledgeable and I felt respected as a customer. The whole process was very professional and efficient. I would recommend this company to others.
