A great example of a great brand. Inexpensive glasses and free maintenance for your frames. This particular store is top notch and rarely has a line. They do inexpensive optometry and have very advanced equipment. Quick turnaround on orders too.
I had such a great experience at Warby Parker thanks to Andrea. The service was amazing from start to finish. She really took the time to help me choose frames that actually suit me, which made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. The eye exam was smooth and professional, and the doctor made everything feel comfortable and thorough. My mom also went and loved her experience just as much. Overall, everything from the service to the exam exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Today was my first day at the Warby Parker Dadeland location. I was greeted by a wonderful lady by the name of Miss Amanda. She was very patient and very kind with a warm smile. Prepared me for my visit with Dr. Yana Seviaryn who was outstanding! She was very thorough. She explained everything to me, very patient with me and took her time and answering all my questions. My visit was completed with the fabulous Ms. Francis who helped me with a selection of my frames and the explanation of the details regarding my eyewear. If you're looking for excellent customer service with a smile in warm and clean environment, I would recommend anyone to come to the Warby Parker Dadeland location where the team is outstanding!!!🥳🫶🏾🤗💯 Lady Grace 👑

They were knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and they made the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Been getting my glasses from warby Parker for a decade. today was the first time actually going into a store and it was such a wonderful experience. Francis and Elena were very helpful and i was able to get exactly what i needed. Francis offered coloring for my kids to play and charging my phone and Elena made the process nice and simple while also being very informative. Thank you so much! Will absolutely keep coming to dade land location for my frames
