Great experience here! Carie was amazing and professional! Very friendly and really there to help you. Also, there was a tall gentleman with a beard and another lady that was also so friendly and professional! Dr Leonard was truly the best I’ve been too! He made you feel comfortable and got with you on every concern I had with my eyes. I am a type 1 diabetic and eyes are very important to keep a regular check on. The staff was the best I have seen in a long time. It’s hard place the world right now, this put a smile on my face.

I love this place - got 3 new pairs of glasses with Shirley's assistance. She was very supportive and patient as I tried on almost every pair of glasses. It was such a simple experience and they even filed and insurance claim on my behalf. I had to return one due to my son telling me I looked like a granny with them, and the return was no problem. It went back twice for some adjustments, and Stephen was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience, the service was great, Catie was really helpful. There's a wide selection of glasses here, I'm usually pretty picky as to what I want to wear and I was able to get one of my own and one that Catie suggested. Five out of five stars easily.

Great customer service and designer quality frames at amazing price points!!! I shopped at 2 big name stores that accepted my insurance and got price quotes on reading and distance glasses. Then I went to WP and loved the frames but was disappointed to find out that they were out of network for me, so I couldn’t use my insurance. They encouraged me to price out the glasses anyway AND even without my insurance, they were over $100 and over $150 less expensive than my two quotes USING my insurance! Crazy!!!! And I love the frames so much better than those I chose at the other stores!! Win, win!!!! I am a customer for life!

I had an excellent purchasing experience at the Deer Park, IL store. The manager and staff were Friendly, knowledgeable and upfront about pricing. It was a low pressure, smooth and quick experience. I will certainly be going back to purchase more eyeglasses. Can not recommend them more!!
