At first I went to WP Rockefeller Store, I liked a frame but its size was medium and I asked the seller if it was possible to adjust it to my wide sized face. She said it is not possible. Then I went to WP Grand Central Store and there was the great man Nigel, he adjusted the frame to my head shape and it fitted as is it was tailor made for me. Never go to Rockefeller Store, Grand Central branch is the best. All staff were very very helpful. They informed me that if I buy pair of frame there will be an extra %20 discount. As they were all helping with a smiling face I was happy to shop in that store and bought two frames. Nigel is a very talented and helpful technician that he made up my mind to shop always from WP Grand Central store. Thanks to all of WP GCentral Store Staff🙏

I went at 10am right when they opened and the store was empty and quiet. Andy was incredibly helpful. He helped me with trying on about 30 different pairs and listened to what style I liked and gave an honest opinion. He was patient, efficient, and transparent about pricing. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. It is usually impossible to make up my mind and he made it easy! I got two pairs, one everyday pair and one that is more stylish and fun. Would highly recommend going to this location and asking for Andy!
After buying "cheaper" sunglasses over the years, only to have them break or the finish wear down, I decided to go to Warby. They care about quality, craftsmanship, and have excellent customer service. I love my new sunglasses. The frames are solid, and they look more like a $300. pair, but I paid &95.
Now that I had cataract surgery, I no longer need prescription glasses but was told to get a pair of sunglasses. These had to be UV and polarized. My ophthalmologist naturally wanted me to buy a good pair and suggested Purdy's on Madison Avenue. Knowing how expensive this store was considering they can make a pair in one day I decided to see other places. Sunglass Hut's prices started at $175. Then Laura insisted I go to Saks Off Fifth where I nearly fainted when the salesperson said that sunglasses started at $250. Warby Parker to the rescue. Located inside Grand Central Station, this store is conveniently located as one comes up on the escalator. Carla, a salesperson, helped check which pairs were polarized as many were not. Finally I found one named Sydney Brioche Tortoise with tortoise shell frames which looked attractive. Solomon tightened it for me. The return policy is thirty days with a full refund. This store is bright and all the offerings are nicely displayed.
Fantastic! My daughter and I walked in and within 5 minutes, we both found frames we love. The staff was marvelous and WP shops are always cute. We didn’t spend any time waiting in line during the week, but they said the weekends are even quieter at this location because it’s in Grand Central Station and their are less commuters on the weekend. Apparently this is one of the quieter stores if you are looking for that. I lost my glasses at work. I went to a national chain that my insurance covers this morning. The prices were ridiculous, even with insurance, so I came to Warby Parker. I got myself prescription sunglasses that are also distance glasses, reading glasses and my daughter prescription sunglasses for literally the same price the other national chain was going to cost me to replace the pair of reading glasses that were lost. We always find frames here that compliment our faces and the prices are right.
