Harper and Freddie answered all of our questions and questions we didn’t even know we had. Their thoroughness and professionalism made us comfortable with the process of purchasing a first pair of glasses. I highly recommend you visit the Hayes Valley WP location to have your eyewear needs fulfilled with care.

So appreciative of the staff here. Misha was super patient, knowledgable and friendly. She took the time to answer LOTS of questions and make sure I got the best style, size and fot fot me. Also, shes thoughtful regarding the limitations and advantages of certain frame styles and design based on my Rx. Everyone I've worked with here have been knowledgable and detail oriented. Also, they've got a huge selection of styles and sizes. Even their sunglasses selection is expansive and they have a variety of tints and lens styles as well. Also, Hayes Valley is nice neighborhood to explore and spend some time in so it's worth a trip even if you don't live super close by.

I love this Warby Parker location's team! They have always been so kind and tremendously helpful. I went in the other day after placing an order online with an agent via the chat to fix a couple of mix ups and re-order/fix my RX. The optometrist (I will plug her name in when I find out) who I've worked with before was stellar as always. I just received my glasses and they are on point! Thank you, thank you thank you. You have a loyal customer. Word of advice… Always go into the store.

I always have a great experience at Warby Parker. The selection of eyewear is stylish and affordable. The person who helped me today was excellent. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me select my old standbys but also helped me pick out something new to add to my glasses wardrobe.

Walked in and tried on some glasses, then couldn’t decide between a couple pairs so I asked the assistant for an honest opinion and she helped me decide. Her name was Maya I believe, and she was the best. She helped me decide on glasses, and then made filling out all the forms and finding my insurance a breeze. I definitely will be coming back for my next pair!
