Warby Parker - Hudson Yards

Beautiful store with great service. I browsed and tried on frames for as long as I wanted. When I decided, the order process was fast. Received progressives in about a week. Needed fit adjusted and just walked in and their optician adjusted until I was happy. Glasses are great and I loved the XTRActive transition. Best is I paid about a third of what my prior pair from elsewhere cost me.

Freddy’s customer service was top notch! The store is gorgeous and the collections are extensive, trend forward yet still classic. Also great value at the price point. Overall wonderful experience.

For those who don't know, eyeglass venders are heavily consolidated and so despite appearances, there's actually not that much competition on price. Unlike Luxottica, WP is highly valuable because they keep a tight control on their prices, so you should always check them in shopping. Also, the Hudson Yards crew were capable, quick and efficient. Completely unfluttered by a non-US prescription (I use an Italian opthamologist). I thought they were great.

Felix was tremendously helpful, professional , and efficient. Felix clearly answered all my questions about benefit reimbursement, prior purchases in my history, and styles to complement my face. Felix suggested a great style that I would not have considered otherwise. I also got the whole transaction done in plenty of time to catch my train. The store also had a really extensive selection of styles.

Warby Parker is a great place to get glasses! Not only do they have a huge selection to choose from but the staff is amazing…. Especially Felix! He serviced us with a smile and was so incredibly accommodating and helpful.We totally appreciated his assistance.
