AMAZING SERVICE!! Sadly, I lost a pair of glasses that I recently purchased. Truth be told, I wasn't really feelin' 'em. So, other than the price tag, I was kind of happy to go back to Warby Parker and purchase a new pair. As everyone knows, looking for the right set of glasses can be a daunting experience. And, I'm just not that type of gal who likes to shop for anything. However, I would be remiss if I did not let you know that my most recent experience was amazing. Why you might ask? It's because of Allie (Alexandria). Her customer service skills are on point! She gives you 100% of her attention and ensures that you are comfortable in your decision. If you would like, she will give you her opinion to assist with you making the best decision possible. Today is an extremely rainy day, but Allie made the sun shine for me. I encourage everyone to get their prescription from an optometrist and save some money by going to Warby Parker.

Colin from the Ice Blocks store was extremely helpful! He was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful me find the right glasses for me. Came in to do an online exchange and it was seamless. They also have ample selection available to try on. It’d be nice to get free parking but that won’t keep me from coming back to this store! Next time for sunglasses. 😎

Warby Parker has such a fun selection of glasses for the whole family! I love that my kids and I can pick out our frames together. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to Ashley for making the whole process so easy, from choosing frames to helping with our insurance reimbursement.

Great experience at this store with Catherine and the rest of the team. Attentive and knowledgeable. Helped me find flattering frames and also walked me through all the options for lenses for my (strong) prescription. Informed me of many options for pursuing insurance reimbursement.
