Owen was great and genuinely helped me. I bought 2 pairs: one with prescription and the other just sunglasses. I wanted to pay for the one with prescription using HSA and sunglasses out-of-pocket. He went extra mile to make sure he could save me from future headache by informing me that it’s best to put the two pairs on two separate receipts. He didn’t have to, but he did. The previous rep who was “helping” with my purchase was trying to rush me out. At least that’s how I feel. I assume he was toward the end of his shift, but come on! At least he could’ve introduced me to a different rep, so they could build rapport with me and actually try to understand my situation and need. The whole transaction (yes, I’m using that word because no rapport was built!) between me and the rep lasted less than 5 minutes. I left the store with unanswered questions and mistakes on my orders. The mistakes on the orders bought me back in the store 15 mins later, and I’m glad Owen was there to make it right. I’m looking forward to doing more business with Warby Parker in the future!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars for Warby Parker! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Warby Parker from start to finish. The entire process from my eye exam to purchasing my glasses was seamless, professional, and enjoyable. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The retail associate was equally fantastic helpful, attentive, and incredibly patient while helping me choose frames. They made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming decision feel easy and fun. The entire team delivered outstanding customer service, and I truly felt cared for every step of the way. I give everyone a well-deserved five-star review and highly recommend Warby Parker to anyone looking for a great eye exam and an exceptional glasses-buying experience!

Great experience! Micola did my eye pressure test and all that, she was very friendly and clearly knew what she was doing. She made me feel so comfortable the second I walked in. I am difficult due to double vision and visual snow that many optometrists have been less than happy about, as well as my autism makes it harder to understand direction, but Dr Clark was patient and very enthusiastic-- you could really tell she was into the science of it all which I love seeing from any doctor. She did extensive testing and made sure I knew I could come back to her if any of the prescriptions don't work. At the end, Jenn helped me pick out my glasses. I had to take mine off to try them on and didn't bring anyone with me to help. She was very guiding and made sure I knew she'd be honest, which I really appreciate. I love the glasses she picked out for me!

Honestly, the best optical experience I’ve ever had in my life Dr. Clark was amazing and so were the opticians. I like how they worked as a team and how upbeat and fun they all were. The wide selection of glasses and shades, they have plus finding out that if I didn’t like the glasses I picked I could always return them within 30 days and they would go to someone in need, which I think is a very lovely thing about Warby Parker. Also, are very affordable. Another thing I would like to point out is that they made me comfortable when they asked me my pronouns and if I had a preferred name. Warby Parker is a 10/10

I am very disappointed with my experience. I initially scheduled an eye exam because I was experiencing a specific vision problem. My vision is blurry to the point that I cannot read the text on my phone every morning when I wake up. I also have difficulty reading restaurant menus and other text at short distances. I explained these symptoms clearly to the doctor during my appointment because I was looking for answers and an appropriate solution and she said because I am in my 40’s that’s a normal thing . Unfortunately, I left feeling that my concerns were never fully addressed. The primary focus seemed to be on selling me glasses rather than identifying the cause of my vision problems. After purchasing the recommended lenses, I found that they did not resolve the issues I originally came in for. So I asked ChatGPT is it normal for people in their 40’s to have Blurry eyes every morning ? Here is ChatGPT answer below Not necessarily. It’s common for people in their 40s to notice changes in their vision, but the specific pattern you describe—blurry vision every morning after waking up that makes it hard to read your phone—is not something that should automatically be dismissed as “normal aging.” When I returned to explain that the glasses were not helping, I expected the doctor to listen carefully and work with me to determine why. Instead, I felt my concerns were brushed aside, and the conversation shifted toward purchasing additional products rather than investigating whether my prescription or diagnosis was correct. An eye exam should be about understanding a patient’s symptoms and providing the best possible care, not simply making a sale. I hope Warby Parker takes patient concerns more seriously and focuses on solving vision problems rather than prioritizing additional sales.
