Wonderful experience. Purchased a pair online but didn't LOVE the way they looked. Went into the store - no fuss - got an entirely different set of frames at no cost. The staff was so helpful and friendly - made the whole process a great experience. I would recommend them highly!

Great experience with Melissa! Very friendly, knowledgeable and took her time with me. She got me into two pairs of glasses very efficiently, handled my transaction with my insurance company with no issues. She has helped me before, and hopefully she will help me again in the future!

Very impressed with this store and its staff. I have ordered online from Warby Parker in the past and have been pleased with their products and service. Today was the first time I bought in a store and was pleased with the selection, quality and price but most impressed with their staff. Very professional.

Melissa is wonderful!! I will not go anywhere else but Warby Parker for my glasses, sunshade, etc. She's the BEST 🏆and she knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk too and I trust her judgement when I ask her opinion!!! Again, all my Eyewear will come from Warby Parker in Lakeside Mall, Metairie, La. as long as Mellisa manage that store location.
