I had such a great experience at Warby Parker. The two employees who helped me were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. Finding the right pair of glasses can feel overwhelming, but they made the whole process easy and actually fun. They took the time to listen to what I liked, brought out great options for me to try, and gave honest feedback without ever being pushy. Their knowledge and warm personalities really stood out, and it made a big difference in my experience. Customer service like that is rare these days. I walked out feeling confident about my choice and really appreciated how welcoming they were. Warby Parker is lucky to have them representing the brand. I will definitely be back.

Depends on location maybe. But Warby Parker in general, I Bought frames a couple years ago and in love with them!!❤️ Beautiful frames!! My frames broke a week ago unexpectedly. Lenses fine. I called this specific location. The website site said they had the same frames in stock. I didn’t care if i could buy it in person or I had to order them and wait. When I called and explained what happened and what I’m open to, The representative told me they offer 0 services. Yet their site says they have a doctors and workers that offer services. I was open to getting my eyes examed again through them, so I was very confused when I heard that. Then I went on the site and ordered the same pair of glasses using the exact code its self and name on the glasses I previously had so I can go to my original eye doctor and get my lenses in. Glasses came in. Different size. They change the size over time and not tell the customers!? Seems not right to me. Now I’ve spent $800 for extra services elsewhere cause they don’t offer services according to the women I spoke to!? Very odd.
The Warby Parker in Longmeadow was great. We were helped right away. Both the sales person and the optometrist were friendly and knowledgeable. This brand has a great customer service model. Almost every time I go to a Warby Parker Store is a good experience. I am on my 5th pair of glasses from there!
The doctor and staff were great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Had a great experience and look forward to returning.
Went to try on glasses after using the virtual try on to narrow it down. Had a wonderful experience even though I couldn’t order yet (new rx on the way in the next week) the nicest person helped me (forgot name so sorry!) and did not make me feel bad about the 14 glasses on the table!
