Warby Parker - Mcewen Northside

Barkley, Brooke, and the other girl working (sorry I didn’t catch her name!!) were all so attentive and helpful with my mom and I this Sunday afternoon. We had lots of questions and took our time picking out glasses and we never felt rushed. I actually went in there just to help my mom and also get my glasses adjusted but ended up buying another pair! Great selection and lots of variety for every face shape and style. Now a proud owner of 3 WP pairs and I always recommend them.

This is a fantastic Warby Parker location. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My visit consisted of picking out two pairs of glasses after just getting a new eye exam. The staff helped me (1) quickly find the glass frames I pre-picked out online to look at in store, (2) explained to me the difference between anti-fatigue and progressive lenses, and (3) walked through how filing an insurance claim would work with my vision insurance (since it was out of network). Give them a visit sometime!

Great location and the associates were very helpful. Helped my wife pick out a new pair of glasses and sunglasses, and worked with our insurance and any possible discounts to try to save us money where we could. Will definitely be back!

I am very impressed with Warby Parker. I have visited two locations, Franklin and Green Hills, and the service has been beyond anything I have experienced at any other eyeglass store of this kind. The vibe feels more upscale and boutique than what you would typically expect, without being intimidating or pretentious. Justin in Franklin is an absolute rock star. His suggestions, product knowledge, and attention to detail went far beyond expectations and made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of working with Nurra, a Customer Care Manager, who could not have been more accommodating, professional, or patient throughout the entire process. The experience was so positive that I ended up purchasing three pairs, which is something I never expected to do. I am genuinely impressed not just with the people, but with how this company is run overall. From the in-store experience to customer care, everything feels thoughtful, polished, and truly customer-focused. I am really impressed.

Franklin Location: Brook and everyone who was working at the store either helped me with sunglasses or getting the best deal for my contacts. They went out of their way to save me money and get me the best deal$ I am also satisfied with my eye exam. Everyone was kind :) 7/7/26
