Warby Parker - Montgomery Mall

Amazing front of house staff and the Dr was INCREDIBLE. Best eye doctor experience of my life! I stumbled upon Warby Parker due to my normal eye doctor being out of town. My puppy had scratched my eye and I needed to be seen immediately. Thanks to Google I discovered that Warby Parker also offered eye exams and, ironically, was located at the same mall my main eye doctor worked out of. When I called, the gentleman very quickly scheduled me (same day appt). After my incredible experience there (I believe with Dr Monique) I will ONLY be going there moving forward, thank you!!!

Warby Parker to the rescue! I am very dependent on my glasses with a very high prescription and astigmatism. So it is an emergency situation when I lost my glasses in the ocean AND I’ll be traveling overseas by myself with my two small kids in less than a week. I called multiple other locations around the Rockville area and none of them seemed to really help provide a solution. Even tho there was one place in shady grove that specifically stated “emergency eye care” but I guess that’s more for injuries. No one was willing to provide a reassuring solution. After making a few appointments, I decided to just stick with Warby Parker. I attempted to cancel my other appt out of courtesy but they had to transfer me to another section where no one picked up. I arrived a bit early and explained my situation, the staff was extremely helpful and empathetic. But MOST IMPORTANTLY, they had a solution. I walked out the store with contacts being able to see again. Each of my eyes are at -7.5 and -7.25 and I have bad astigmatism at -2 and -1.5 - just for perspective. It was such a relief they were able to provide a box of sample contact at the spot to last me a few days until my order comes in. They even said that if my glasses and contacts do not come in on time before I fly out, I can come in for another sample of contacts to get me thru. The doctor who helped me was thorough and precise. I forgot her name but it’s with a C. I am so grateful for her and her team. Amazing staff and attention to detail. I will never go anywhere else but them. Despite having no eye insurance the prices were reasonable and fair. **UPDATE** My glasses took only 2 days to arrive! Super fast! I thought my contacts would be here first. Amazing!

Dr. Cypress and the store's staff were fantastic. First time visit to Warby after 20+ years at HourEyes/Vision Works. Such a better experience, quality, and customer service. For example, I didn't realize there were contacts for people who where progressives. How did Vision Works never suggest that? Well, Dr. Cypress did and I'm so appreciative. Game changer.

The service here is phenomenal. So much better than the experience I had with other retailers. The store advisor even offered coloring paper and a water bottle to my kid so we could shop the frames without being constantly interrupted by a bored and thirsty kid :)

I just got a great eye exam at Warby Parker, Montgomery Mall! I had literally, the best customer service from Nikia! She was so knowledgeable and helpful from booking the appointment online to the amazing service…I’ve already recommended this location and both the doctor I saw as well as Nikia!! Can’t wait to get my new glasses!!
