Warby Parker North Hills

I had such a great experience at Warby Parker! I went in for a full eye exam for both glasses and contact lenses, and everything from start to finish was smooth and comfortable. The receptionist was super sweet and welcoming, which immediately made me feel at ease. I was honestly impressed with their availability — I made my appointment just the day before and had no issues getting in. The doctor was incredibly nice, helpful, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The whole office has a really comfortable, modern vibe that makes the experience feel relaxed rather than clinical. Pricing was very reasonable, and overall it was a 5/5 experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an eye exam or new prescription! 👓✨

I had an amazing experience at the Warby Parker in North Hills. Gale and Sandy were truly exceptional — they took their time with me, were incredibly patient, and never made me feel rushed. I’m a very difficult customer when it comes to glasses, and it’s usually hard for me to find frames that work for my face. But both Gale and Sandy were so sweet, kind, and genuinely accommodating. They walked me through different styles, gave thoughtful feedback, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and warmth made what is normally a stressful experience feel easy and even enjoyable. If you struggle with finding glasses or just want to feel supported, I highly recommend visiting this location. Gale and Sandy are truly wonderful.

I started wearing prescription glasses regularly about six years ago and just ordered my fourth consecutive pair from Warby Parker. The selection in the store is great, the staff are friendly and responsive, and I walk out every time feeling like I got a fair deal on a nice pair of glasses that I can't wait to arrive at my home. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my glasses.

The staff are always pleasant, honest, and helpful. Willing to give critical but kind feedback that helps you find the best option overall, including style and options for lenses. I keep going back to this location for a reason, even to replace my fancy thin and light Japanese glasses (there's a story there, trust me). Always pleased and will continue to visit (though hopefully infrequently after getting the new glasses!)
