Stepped on my glasses and was looking for a solution last minute on a Friday. Even with closing time rapidly approaching the staff at the store were super attentive, actively helping me see if there was a way to repair the glasses i stepped on and getting replacement frames lined up when the repair wasn't going to work. No pressure, no hassle and SUPER helpful making sure I knew what my insurance covered and what the options were. Even when I wandered over to the new sporty sunglasses and asked if I could add a pair the staff made sure I knew all the lens options, had the PD correct, and got the right frame color for my impulse addition. I left the store with everything squared away and with a replacement case so the next frames don't suffer the same fate. Very grateful for the help from everyone at the store and the positive and helpful atmosphere!
