I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Julie and Erin. It was my first time acquiring glasses and I had absolutely no clue what I was doing. These ladies were fantastic! They were both patient and informative. Seriously excellent service! I will be returning and recommending Warby Parker for this exact reason. It's nice to deal with nice people. Great job ladies!!!!
Staff was knowledgeable of their inventory. Although I chose the frames, the staff member checked in with me while I was browsing. Once I found the pair I wanted, the ordering process was smooth, adding the features I wanted for my new pair of sunglasses. I would recommend Warby Parker for their frame selection and customer service.
Nice location in Los Gatos with a lot of frames to choose from. Sales people were cheerful, helpful and efficient. Walked in with my prescription and was out of there in under 20 minutes. Glasses will be delivered to my home. Really convenient.
Loved the friendly advice I received from Susan and Greg. With great patience and professionalism, Susan helped me find the best-fit frame and Greg helped me find the best optics. They helped convert me from a reluctant wearer of glasses who sticks to one style of frame only to a willing one to try out various styles. Thank you both for making my day.
Everyone is great but a special callout for Ella, who is an absolute joy. Every time we are there she’s a breath of fresh air in world where customer service is lost. She should teach a course. Kudos
