I had a great experience purchasing my sunglasses. I had looked online but couldn’t figure out the answers to all of my questions, so going to the store was really helpful for me. My salesperson was very helpful, friendly and made the process easy.
Leslie was amazing! This was my first time having to pick out glasses and she was insanely helpful and honest. They had so much variety that it was hard to pick. Such an easy process and definitely recommend coming here.
I must say i like this branch of warby Parker. Gus was very knowledgeable with his work and have great taste in helping me out. I will recommend this store always very friendly staff .
Professional and personal. I caught them on a slower day (Sunday morning) so I did not experience a "busy" environment. The staff there were professional and well versed on steps needed to be taken to purchase glasses. Convenient experience too.
Wonderful customer service. Met at the door where I was able to provide the criteria for my next pair of glasses, once selected I met with the optometrist who confirmed my choice and just like that I should receive the new pair in the mail within 10 days.
