Warby Parker - Queens Center

Visited this location and purchased my first pair of Warby’s today. Wanted to switch up my style so the variety of choices was great. Staff-wise, Neisha was fantastic and she made some good points about style philosophy. It was especially busy today, so shout out to her. Looking forward my new pair!

I originally received my glasses at the Court Square location, but I was closer to this one when the leg of my glasses broke. My lens are warrantied but apparently the frames are not, which was upsetting. The lovely worker, Harry and his manager Nyesha were able to give me an exception of sending out new frames for me as a courtesy. Excellent customer service!!

Went in to the store yesterday May 1 around 7:10 pm and meet Harry. He checked my insurance information and said that I was covered. Naturally I decided to make an appointment on Saturday May 2 at 11:45am. I arrived and I go with do to my check in with another sales representative since I see that Harry is busy with other clients. Once I give my information again to this young woman she tells me that I am not covered by my insurance and is going to be out of pocket. I am not sure how this Warby Parker operates, but why ask me about my insurance on the first place and the next day they tell me I am not covered. No sense at all. I told her “thank you for her time” and I proceeded to walk away since I got frustrated. A word of advice; please don’t waste people time. From the beginning on May 1 when I came into the store they should have told me about my insurance “does not cover me.” Knowing this I would have never agreed to make a appointment on the first place.

Harry was terrific. He fixed my glasses which I thought were unfixable because I accidentally sat on them. He was patient cooperative, extremely knowledgeable and definitely an asset to your Store. Thank you so much for having such an exemplary employee as Harry.

Hubby and I went to Warby Parker to get new glasses two weeks ago andgot our glasses in a week! We were greeted by Naisha and she was very friendly and helpful.  They have such cute glasses, great prices and lots to choose from!  Dr. Hao was great as well and very informative.  After the eye exam, Harry assisted us with our choices and took measurements.  He listened to us properly, explained the claims process and even gave us a discount.  We are very happy with our eyeglasses and recommend this location with their wonderful staff! The only issue we had was the delivery company, OnTrac (Lasership) which are unreliable.  They left our packages downstairs in the lobby instead of delivering it to our apartment.
