Warby Parker - Ridge Hill

I had great experience at Warby Parker, from the moment I walked in. Such a warm welcome with great smiles and a couple of laughs. Seeing the Dr. was great and she explained everything so clearly. They have such a variety of frames and affordable, which was great. Definitely better than paying $700 for name brand frames that are made in china. I found a new love @ Warby Parker.. I'll be back soon to treat myself to another pair

The staff at Warby Parker is always friendly, efficient, professional and courteous. The whole process from start to finish no matter what I go in for is very streamlined. They have great prices and a great staff at multiple locations. I would highly recommend Warby Parker.

I had an appointment for an eye exam, and I took my toddler with me. He was terrified of the machines, the doctors, the technicians, but everyone treated him with exceptional kindness, compassion, and warmth. As for me, the actual patient, I received the same level of care and kindness, and I was so thankful for the ease and enjoyability of the entire process. (Plus, cute glasses.)

The entire staff went the extra mile to find glasses for me and my mom. Destiny leads the store so well and she is so kind! We will keep coming back here!! ❤️

I had purchased sunglasses online and didn’t do well. Christina at Ridge Hill in Yonkers, NY spent time with me and found me the most perfect of glasses. I’ve gotten both reading glasses and sunglasses at Warby Parker and they are top notch and amazing customer service.
