What an awesome and friendly place! Went for both an exam and glass ( I knew I needed updated reading glasses) I figured the exam would be quick and less detailed than my "regular" eye doctor that I usually go to, but wow, she really took her time and was awesome. Then when I was looking around for a pair the sales help were super chill and no pressure I was able to try the frames, shade colors etc .. with no pressure at all. I got progressives, and they told me to come back and they will "train me" on how to get used to them, which is awesome. PS: where they are located in center of all the great places to eat, so it's a win-win :)

The staff whom I dealt with were very welcoming, patient & knowledgeable. They listened to what I had to say before helping me find the right pair of glasses for me. I was happy with their selection of narrow frames which is sometimes hard to find. I also appreciated the one on one experience & didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying anything.
Had a great experience at the Warby Parker in Ridgewood. Mike helped us purchase a prescription pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses, and he was awesome throughout the whole process. Super patient, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. He made everything simple and stress-free. Really appreciate the help.
I never thought I would be this excited to get new glasses. The entire experience was incredibly easy from start to finish. The selection and assistance from the staff (Including the optometrist ) in the showroom navigated me to the exact frames that were great for me. Additionally, I cannot say enough about the Ophthalmologist, Dr. Maimone. Her exam was extremely complete with the latest “state of the art” equipment. Dr Maimone’s demeanor and caring are beyond reproach. If you want an excellent clinical evaluation without the anxiety of choosing just the right glasses for you, this is the place to go!
The store is new and beautiful and the eye exam room was modern. The doctor was great. She was very thorough and honest about how much she could help my vision with the issues I have. Michael, the Warby Parker sales associate, was super nice and friendly. He helped me pick out great frames that were best suited to my face. Overall, the service was excellent and I would definitely go back! The only complaint is that they were out fo network with my insurance so the exam cost me $175 and the glasses cost me almost $600!!!! However, Michael was super helpful in processing the insurance claim to get the refund of $120 for the exam and $120 for the glasses. Still cost me way more than I wanted to spend but overall I am really happy with the experience. I would recommend this store but just keep in mind the $95 Warby Parker gimmick is for basic single vision lenses and frames so if you have any other issues, like need progressive lenses, the frames are $95 but the lenses are much more expensive!
