Warby Parker - Rockefeller Center

I came to the Warby Parker at Rockefeller Center for an eye exam, and the experience was fantastic. Dr. Jessie Yu was super kind and explained everything clearly. She did a thorough eye exam, and I’m really happy with the result. Plus, they have a great selection of glasses. I definitely recommend it.

I went into the store yesterday to narrow down my choices of frames I picked in the app. From the moment I stepped into the store, Olivia welcomed and prioritized me! She was kind, attentive and very helpful and I left the store with confidence about what I was going to order. Whenever I go to Warby Parker, customer service is never an issue, but Olivia was exceptionally intentional and authentic and I HAD to shout her out! I promised her I would come back to the store to show her my frames and I am going to make good on that promise! Narrowing down my choices was a lot more fun with her and I cannot wait to get my new frames!
