I ordered a pair of prescription glasses from WP online and I was at Roosevelt Field to get them adjusted. The gentleman who helped me today was courteous and quick. I received better service today than when I purchased my first pair of WP's at this shop. Good hire!

I recently visited Warby Parker on a busy Sunday, and despite the store being packed with customers and only a few staff members on the floor, I had a really positive experience. From the moment my mom and I walked in, it was clear the team was juggling a lot, but Katriana stood out right away. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful while assisting both my mom and me. She took her time guiding us through frame options, answering questions, and never made us feel rushed- even with the high volume of customers. Alicia, who helped with measurements, was also fantastic. She was efficient, professional, and made the process smooth and easy. It’s not easy to maintain great customer service in such a busy environment, but both Katriana and Alicia handled everything with professionalism and care. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to work with them!

Took my daughter to get replacement glasses as she broke her last pair. She normally wears contacts all the time but needs glasses for those times she wants to give her eyes a break. Huge selection to pick from. Service was top notch the minute we walked into the store and I as a parent appreciate the warranty and guarantee and they did check my insurance. I cannot wait to go there for me next time I need new glasses. .
