I was initially very satisfied with my Warby Parker reading glasses, but that changed abruptly when they snapped in two yesterday. Despite never being subjected to undue stress, the frames failed completely. To me, this points to a clear manufacturing defect—likely internal tension created during the molding process. Since I was near this retail location, I stopped in to see how they would stand behind their product. While they offered to salvage my lenses, they insisted I pay over $100 for a replacement frame. I politely declined. In my experience, the build quality does not justify the premium price tag. If you’re considering this brand, I suggest thinking twice before parting with your hard-earned money.

I was very happy with my experience at this Warby Parker and will return. I had an eye and contact exam. Without insurance, the exam total after the retinal imaging was $209. Not cheap, but not any different from the local eye boutique. I appreciate that I was not pressured at all to shop for glasses, although there was plenty of help when I decided to try some on. The person that taught me to put in contacts was also so kind and patient. My glasses and contacts came in the mail a week after ordering. I'm happy to avoid the stress of deciding where to go for my yearly exam, and will be back here next year!
I had a great experience. I had picked a few frames from the website, but I'm glad I went in. The retail associate was fantastic. Answered my questions. Helped me find the lenses I wanted. And the purchase transaction was easy! Everyone there was very nice! 12/10. No notes.
Excellent experience at Warby Parker, sales associate Grace was knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of what style glasses would work best on me. The store is clean, accessible and easy to shop. Would highly recommend a visit to the Warby Parker at Ross Park Mall.
This was my first experience with WP and it was very pleasant! Great selection of frames, super reasonable cost, and knowledgeable assistant were the reasons I purchased 2 sets of glasses today!
