Warby Parker - Santa Monica

I didn’t have to wait one minute after I got in to get started. Everybody was super friendly. The store was well staffed, and I really hate to write this cause I don’t wanna give you guys any ideas, but I was amazed that the glasses I am replacing because they got burnt in the fire cost the same as they did many years ago when I first got them. The eye exam was quick and efficient, and everything was really affordable and the glasses look great

I've had two experiences here. First when I went in for an eye exam (which was wonderful) and again when I wanted to exchange a pair of glasses that didn't quite work for me. Not only was it hassle free, but the staff was friendly, helpful, and made it a great experience. I cannot highly recommend this location enough!

Great selection of glasses, exceptional customer service. If you’re like me and don’t know what looks good on you, find the lovely young woman who works there named Emily. She is so good at knowing what works best on a person’s face! I appreciated her help so much. Everyone else who works there was also warm, friendly and helpful. A+ experience.
