Warby Parker - Santan Village

I highly recommend Warby Parker. Kelly was the technician that helped me. He was very knowledgable and patient with me. He made the whole process really easy. He made suggestions and shared with me a few things I didn't know about buying glasses. He also made it really easy for me to use my vision insurance. This was just a very easy process!

Absolutely incredible service and price point for my needs - progressive lenses in 2 pairs of glasses. I highly recommend this office for your eye wear needs. My doctor was amazing. She explained everything in detail and asked if I had any questions. I feel like she got me in the right direction with my eyewear ! The front office staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient!

Both my wife and I went to the San Tan Mall store. The optometrist was excellent. She was very thorough and helpful. One of the best we've been to. The gentleman (last name Kelly) who helped us find our glasses, process the insurance claim, and check-out... was so patient and helpful. He basically stayed with us thru the entire process, as we tried on several pairs of glasses each and tried to figure out what looked best. He had some great suggestions. The Warby Parker experience was an A+!

I’ve been a Warby Parker ambassador for over 17 plus years now. I love seeing the improvements and additions to the brand. The glasses have always been great, stylish and affordable. What gets me more excited though is to see how they’ve added insurance and out of network help to their customers. I use to have to file separate paperwork and ugh…. What a pain but they’ve solved that and made it easy for out of network customers like myself. Thank you Warby Parker!

I had a great experience at the Warby Parker SanTan Village location. It was a busy Saturday morning, but the team stayed calm, organized, and efficient, which made the visit feel smooth instead of stressful. Dr. Kulas was excellent, professional, kind, and easy to talk to. Trinity helped me check out and was great as well. She was friendly, helpful, and made the end of the visit easy. Really appreciated the whole team’s attitude and organization, especially given how busy it was. Great customer service all around.
