Warby Parker - Shoppes At Webb Gin

1st time I was welcomed in to browse and get information and after research scheduled my 1st appt! Experience was great! Extra plus my glasses will arrive in the mail vs having to drive in to pick up....two pairs of frames for the price I usually pay for Gucci or MK frames

First time at Warby Parker. Customer service was great. Dr. Brown was nice and knowledgeable. The rep helped me pick out my glasses, I forgot his name but it started with T, my apologies. He was very helpful and I appreciated him finding lenses that I told him I really liked. Will definitely recommend!

This was my first time coming to Warby Parker. The location was kind of far but it was worth the drive. Dr.Browne, took very good care of me. She explained to me about my astigmatism. I was told I had it but it was never explained to me. She took her time making sure I could truly see out of my contacts. Another young lady found me the perfect glasses once I explained what I was looking for. She was patient with me while I was putting my contacts on. Last but not least my glasses came super fast and the world looks clear again. 10/10 I recommend

Great experience at Warby Parker. Scheduling my appointment online was quick and convenient. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about my eyes, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.
