Update: Since posting this review, I returned to pick up my kids glasses and had a much better experience. I was assisted by a different employee who was incredibly kind, professional, and empathetic. She took the time to listen to my concerns, validated my experience, and acknowledged why I had been so frustrated. That level of understanding made a significant difference. While my initial experience should not have happened, I want to recognize the excellent customer service I received during this visit. I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Warby Parker. When I picked up both of my children’s glasses, I was informed that the pupillary distance/optical center measurements had not been included when the glasses were ordered, which meant both pairs had to be remade. The employee who explained this to me was the same person who assisted us when we originally ordered the glasses. She even told me that, because both of my children have strong prescriptions, these measurements absolutely should have been taken. Naturally, I asked why they weren’t. Instead of answering my question or acknowledging what had happened, she repeatedly said she didn’t know why the measurements weren’t there and that they should have been. I wasn’t looking to assign blame, I was simply trying to understand how this happened and how it would be prevented in the future. Unfortunately, I felt like my concerns were dismissed, and I was met with defensiveness rather than accountability or empathy. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I was then asked to take home the incorrectly made glasses for my children to wear until the replacements arrived. I was not comfortable with that. If the glasses were made incorrectly because essential measurements were missing, I don’t believe my children should be expected to wear them, even temporarily. I declined and chose to have them continue wearing their current glasses until the new pairs are ready. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expect honesty, accountability, and professional customer service when they do. An acknowledgment of the error, a sincere apology, and reassurance that it would be corrected would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling frustrated by both the mistake and the way it was handled.

I had excellent experience and bad experience with Warby. I order two paires of glasses in the online store, one is progressive and the other is computer glasses. The computer glasses is unusable. The two online store support persons I spoke to were not well trained. One right out of box told me I need to go to my eye doctor to get my eye re-examined. I told her my prescription was three weeks ago and I do not have any issue with the progressive glasses. I only have issues with the computer glasses. She did not even told me that I can go to a local Warby store to get my eye examined. Those online store personals should get 1 or 2 stars. When I came to the Wiregrass Warby store, optician Chloe talked to me and within three minutes she found out the computer glasses were made with a reading glass spec. Warby online store somehow extracted the spec incorrectly from my prescription. She made me feel validated and she patiently answered all my questions and resolved all my issues. I felt my trust and confidence with Warby restored and reassured. Chloe is a five star employee. Moral of the story is: Go to the local stores, you have a better trained and qualified employees. Forget about the online store for support, the employees there are not qualified and/or poorly trained.
This was my first time at Warby Parker and I certainly enjoyed the experience. The doctor was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They had excellent customer service and were available when I had questions. They have a wide variety of glasses that would fit a lot of different styles and the prices are unbeatable. I will definitely return.
I was so impressed with the staff! So helpful! Pleasant ! Smart and knew everything about frames and what would look good for you! Loved every minute of my experience!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
Drove to this location several weeks ago from Lkld. and would not hesitate to do it again in the future. Unlike other places like M.E.D. that constantly try to upsell you things that you may not need, these guys spent time helping us out w/o feeling like we were being rushed. Hats off to Chloe, Lauren and especially Michelle Espanto who performed my eye exam while my wife was shopping for glasses even though I didnt have an appointment. Kudos to all 3 of them.
