Warby Parker - Stonebridge At Potomac Town Center

The team at this location are great! Had an eye exam and was in and out in 30 minutes. My optometrist was very kind and knowledgeable and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. It’s great to be able to poke around at all the different types of frames too!

I had such an amazing experience here. I felt seen and attended to. They also gave be valuable insights and opinions on the frames I was choosing. The staff here is very knowledgeable and Tyra is so sweet. She’s been in the field for several years so had unique medical experience that helps you make sound decisions for your eyes. Anytime I need something for my eyes I will be back here within reason!

This was my first visit at Warby Parker. I was only looking to purhase new frames only. But Briana and the whole team at the Woodbridge store were fabulous! So I decided to purchase the frames and prescription. From the time I entered the store until the time Ieft, the service was excellent. Outstanding—there’s really no other way to put it. I had an exceptional experience at Warby Parker today. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Ms. Anisah. I came in thinking I knew exactly which frames I wanted, but she patiently guided me through my options and even suggested a few styles she thought would suit me. She read me perfectly—I ended up loving and choosing her recommendation. From there, I worked with Ms. Tyra, the optometrist, who truly worked her magic with my lenses. The improvement in my vision is the best I’ve ever experienced. Overall, top-tier service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I came to this new Warby Parker location on opening day. The store had a clean, inviting atmosphere and was nicely organized. All of the staff greeted me and were very friendly. Chris tended to my many questions and took care of ordering my frames and lenses with a prescription that I brought from another provider, making the ordering process very easy. There was a special on purchasing two frames at the time and Chris helped me pick out another frame with a distinct style difference from the first frame I picked out but still looked great on me. Both frames arrived in the mail and I've been more than happy with both since. I'm looking forward to returning again!
