Warby Parker The Pizitz

This is my second review after the attempt of allegedly correcting the first issue with my experience. Recep! I purchased glasses and contacts went in last year in December 2025 for this. This is now month March 2026 still no resolution with what was supposed to be corrected. I’ve called into customer service about the last order of February glasses not being corrected went in for additional exam and correction for lenses and frames and still not sent correctly. I was refunded fully for my glasses purchase and offered a complimentary pair of glasses with special lenses due to my prescription. However the first pair I received lenses came extremely thick additional pair I just received today lenses same way and I am still unable to see out of the glasses. I’ve sent pics of the glasses to the review team still no response from the resolution department. At this point I am totally unsure as to what can be taken place as I’ve tried several Times to get this matter clarified. I will attach pics this time as well to show difference in the frames lenses and how they were sent. They have this awful fishy smell.

Just an all around pleasant experience. Both times I've gotten eye exams at WP they have been the best in my life. Very pleasant, good communication, and extremely informative. Glasses purchasing has also been great (in person and online) and I am thrilled with how well the switch to progressive lenses has gone, and WP deserves a lot of the credit. I couldn't recommend more fully.

The attendant was friendly, patient and informative. She asked for my preferences and tried to match them until I made my selection. She stated what options exist and processed the payment efficiently. I'm a return buyer and am confident in the Warby Parker service

I had a fantastic visit at Warby Parker today! I went in for a routine eye exam and left feeling really assured and excited for my journey with glasses. My doctor was very pleasant and kind. He ensured i had a perfect prescription and gave me a lot of helpful tips and recommendations to set me up for future success. The store attendant who helped me was very very kind. Although wearing glasses is very unfamiliar to me, she made sure i had plenty of options to try out, and kept pulling more options until we found one i liked! She went above and beyond ensuring they fit me perfectly and i truly appreciate how thorough she was. I am very excited for my journey with Warby Parker and am very happy with my experience! Jordan was exceptional in his attention and ability to help me find the frames that work for me and also look good. He went out of his way to offer a variety of choices and he gave honest feedback.
