Warby Parker - The Westchester

Great experience at Warby Parker in the Westchester Mall. The sales associate who helped me, Taylor Dacosta, was experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store is bright and welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxed, and there is no pressure. I was in there for about an hour trying on different frames, and Taylor was patient, gracious, and humorous throughout my time there. Bought two pairs of glasses. 10/10 experience!!!

The professionals, especially Dr Smart and Babs, were very helpful. Unfortunately, it was hard to get the sales people off their phones long enough to help us. There was absolutely no interest from them in what we wanted, no offers of assistance on frames, and quite a bit of confusion/bad information. The concept is great, and the pros are super, but the sales people really let the entire store down. We won't be returning.

I was immediately greeted by customer service representative. I explained what I was looking for and she found what I wanted. The prices were reasonable and the frame look great. I’m also happy my glasses will be mailed to me. Wonderful experience.

Everyone greeted me with a smile and a friendly manner. The eye doctor took great care and explained everything to me. The techincian was great as well and very patient. Everyone at the Warby Parker were great and I recommend them 100% as well as the eye test and eye glasses; very reasonable price. Thank you Everyone at Warby Parker 😀👍🏽 100%

I have been using Warby from 2019. On 28 March 2026 I visited the Westchester branch and they were so helpful in securing my son's favorite glasses. I left there purchasing two glasses for him. They were kind, courteous, amazing and caring. Also, I did not need to submit my own claim, they did it for me.
