Had a great first experience at Warby Parker at Thruway Shopping Center. The associates greeted me upon entering, even though they were helping other customers. Did not have to wait very long for a second associate to help me. The entire process was really simple and easy. Really enjoyed my experience and would definitely consider them again for my next pair!

**Highly recommend**! I had an amazing experience at this store. I needed my glasses adjusted and, despite the fact that I purchased them elsewhere, the team treated me like a loyal customer. They fixed my glasses perfectly and refused to charge me anything for the service. It is rare to find businesses that are not only professional but also genuinely kind. Purchased a new pair of Glasses and Sunglasses at Warby Parker in Winston Salem NC today. Store was very clean, Associate was very nice & helpful. Awesome selection. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I bought my first pair of Warby Parker’’s online during the pandemic. When I saw that there was an actual store near me I knew I would stop in and physically try on glasses. I’m glad I did. The service was fantastic. The process from beginning to end was effortless. All my questions were answered & the rep was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I ended up with my first pair of prescription sunglasses. I can’t wait until they arrive.

Excellent price and excellent customer service. The store was super busy but I never had to wait around for assistance and all of the employees gladly gave their honest opinion on my choices as I was going through the ones I liked. Super helpful and friendly when helping with my insurance and I paid about a fourth of the price I would’ve paid at my normal place.
