This was the best customer service experience I've ever had with glasses. I wish I could recall the woman's name who helped me—she has worked there 9 years and it showed. She gave honest feedback about how the frames suited my face, what could be improved, and offered many options. I had previously shopped Costco, but their service is poor and selection just isn't as nice. The prices here are just as, if not more, reasonable. The glasses ship directly to my home and they offered in-house adjustments to help perfect the fits. Couldn't be happier 😎

I have been putting off getting new glasses for months since getting my new prescription. Today I finally made my way to the Warby Parker store and am so glad I did. A staff member assisted me in picking the right pair of glasses as well as filing an insurance claim. I believe her name was Christine/Christy and she was just wonderful. I’ve used Warby Parker in the past and am very happy that I went back.
I had such a great experience at the Warby Parker store in Boulder. The eye doctor (I think her name was Lynne) was fantastic—really personable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that felt clear and reassuring. Chelsea, who helped me with frames, was equally wonderful. I came in with a few styles already in mind, and she quickly found them, let me try everything on at my own pace (no rushing at all), and offered helpful input when I wanted it. She made the whole process feel easy and even fun. From the eye exam to walking out with two new pairs of glasses, everything was seamless. Truly a great experience all around—I’d absolutely recommend this location.
At first I was looking at Costco selections when my husband recommended we check out Warby. SO glad he did! They had a much better selection (and just overall better looking glasses) and at the same, if not better, prices than Costco. Great service too. Stoked for my new glasses!
I had a wonderful experience today at Warby Parker; however, I regret not getting the name of the woman who helped me, as she was so lovely. I have been having a really hard time finding glasses and was recently given a prescription for progressives, which my insurance doesn't cover, so I'll have to pay out of pocket. This was the third eyeglasses shop I had come to and the first to actually ask me about my lifestyle and why I felt I needed glasses. She explained my prescription and the options I had, and simulated what the glasses would look like based on which lens I picked. In the end, we determined that, due to the freelance photography work, progressive wasn't the best option, as I wasn't ready to commit to them all the time. So I was able to leave with an ordered pair of glasses that will work with my lifestyle and was far more affordable. All of the associated their were super kind, very helpful, and inviting. I definitely highly recommend!
