First Off, Dr Cross is AWESOME and has taken good care of me and my family. I highly recommend Dr Cross. The office staff is a always in a bit of disarray and as long as you know this going in, its expected. All in all I will continue to go back under Dr Cross's care.
I’ve been visiting Dr Cross for over 30 years and he has always provided excellent professional service in a very cordial way for my various eye needs. This year I also purchased some new specs from Leo after my annual exam. I have to say Leo is the best person I’ve ever had to fit glasses and diligently get every measurement and exact detail to my liking. He listened to my needs for a frame and worked patiently with me to find my perfect match. Thanks Boulder Vision, you’re the best!
I felt right at home. I hadn’t been there in 14 years due to insurance changes. When insurance changed again, I decided to go back. Doctor cross remembered me from so long ago! Everything went well, everybody was friendly, and it felt much more personable than when I went to a large facility on the southwest end of Longmont. And I love the fact that Doctor Cross donates so much time to less fortunate people who need eye care.
Always a good experience with Dr. Cross. The office staff are very professional and helpful. They have fixed broken frames for me, even when I didn’t buy them there! Because of that, and to support a local business, I purchased my next frames from them. Staff helped me picked them out and I get compliments on them all the time. Highly recommended!
Dr. Cross is a true professional. He cares about his patients and their needs. He invests the time needed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your vision. I have been searching for a quality eye doctor since moving to Colorado and I have found one! I had my annual exam and was fitted for contacts. He made sure that I was absolutely happy with the fit and vision. Then I purchased glasses with progressive lenses. His optician Amanda, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and has an eye for style! The entire experience was fantastic and the quality is outstanding! I highly recommend making your next appointment here for a one stop location where you will be taken care of!
